Physical work.
Verifiable proof.
Machines do the work.
Evidence tells the story.
Blockchain keeps the record.
Proof of Physical Work connects what machines do
to what the digital world can verify.
A transaction proves
money moved.
What proves the work?
A drone flies. A robot sorts. A sensor measures. Their output matters outside the screen—but a transaction alone can’t tell you whether the job happened.
PoPW is a concept for linking a defined job to machine identity, location, sensor evidence, and a tamper-evident result. Payment becomes conditional on accepted proof, not just a promise.
Twenty hectares.
One chain of evidence.
Explore a real-time 3D field: a quadcopter, a ground rover, and solar sensing stations. Follow the evidence. Then try breaking it.
Spatial field study · synthetic example
A job with a finish line.
Inspect a 20-hectare plantation. The request defines the boundary, the evidence to collect, and the conditions for completion.
Trust the evidence.
Not the animation.
Choose a packet and run a local check. A missing or changed record must fail.
Calculating locally…Keep the proof.
Not every byte.
In the proposed architecture, raw evidence stays offchain. A compact record links the job, its evidence, and the settlement decision. No chain or contract is deployed in this demo.

↗Proof of integrity
is not proof
of reality.
A hash can tell you that a record hasn’t changed. It can’t tell you that a drone actually flew.
Physical verification needs trustworthy devices, signed observations, anti-spoofing controls, independent validators, and a dispute process. Those are protocol requirements—not things this website pretends to solve.

What is Proof of Physical Work?+
PoPW is a concept for connecting tasks performed by robots, drones, machines, and IoT devices to structured evidence and conditional settlement. The goal is to make a physical job inspectable by digital systems. It is not the same as computational Proof of Work mining.
What actually works in this demonstration?+
The six-stage walkthrough, synthetic evidence inspection, local completeness and integrity checks, browser-generated SHA-256 digest, and JSON export work. The supplied film is concept footage. There are no live devices, validators, onchain records, or payments.
Why not store all the evidence onchain?+
Images and telemetry can be large, sensitive, and expensive to replicate. The proposed model keeps raw evidence offchain and references it in a compact record. A production system would need explicit availability, retention, access, and privacy policies.
What would make a real payment possible?+
A production deployment would need a selected chain, audited smart contracts, funded escrow, authenticated machines, trusted evidence verification, and a dispute mechanism. No token, contract address, payment rail, or live network is specified here.
How can I inspect the downloaded proof?+
The JSON includes the synthetic evidence, its exact serializedPayload, a SHA-256 resultHash, the baseline referenceHash, and any local check you ran. Hash the UTF-8 bytes of serializedPayload to reproduce resultHash. A tampered packet gets its own truthful digest, while comparison to referenceHash still fails.
It gets things done.
